Packages

  • We currently do not provide videography services as we are fully focused on photography. However, we will be launching our own film department in 2024 (COVID-19 made us late!). At the moment, we do have a collaboration with 5 videography vendors, whom we work with on a regular basis. You can have a look at their work and see which type of videos suit your style the best.

  • The maximum number of images serves as our promise on the quantity of images that you will receive during delivery. However, we strive to produce as many images as possible during the shoot, and will edit and deliver all good images to you. This means that we delete images that are under/over-exposed, blurry or unflattering, and return the rest of the images.

    For example, if we shoot 200 images over the course of 8 hours, and 20 are blur, underexposed and unflattering, we will edit and return 180 images to you. The total number of images shot depends on the nature of your event & the total number of hours.

    The maximum number also acts as a way to manage your expectations of what you will receive. In the event that there is a technical malfunction (cameras malfunction, memory cards corrupted, photographer mishaps), our guarantee for the maximum number of images remains.

  • All our packages are customizable, which means you have the option of having prints, or not having them at all. The base packages are calculated based only on the number of hours, and overall production costs. This means you have the liberty of deciding if you want to spend a little bit extra on getting photos printed, or saving the money to spend on something else down the road.

    However, if you’re keen on having prints, we offer a variety of different types of prints as add on, and you can decide on having prints at any time, even years after your wedding. Check out our beautiful customizable photo albums, they are a hit with all our couples!

  • We always recommend couples to proceed with a package you’re most comfortable with first. That said, you can always upgrade the package to fit your needs anytime before the wedding date.

  • We do not allow splitting of hours within the day itself. The packages are based on running hours from the reporting time of our photographers till the end of the day.

  • We do not charge any additional surcharge for early call times.

  • We would recommend you pick up the 9-12 hours or 13-16 hours packages, and split the hours across the different days at no additional cost. You can always add on additional hours instead of getting a separate package, meaning you’ll save quite a bit of money!

  • We try our best to make sure every couple gets a short outdoor shoot during the wedding day (it’s the part of the day we love the most to be honest!). Should you have any remaining time from your package, you may use the time for a short outdoor shoot. The shoot has to be done within the same day as the wedding if time and weather permits.

  • Great question! Yes, we do have the Colossal Bronze, Silver or Gold packages for you to consider. These packages include an Actual Day coverage & Pre/Post Wedding Photoshoot, and even prints are included! We fully recommend this to have the fullest Colossal Weddings experience!

  • Yes of course! We allow our couples to pick their photographer should they have any preference however most of our couples prefer to leave the choice up to us as we’re able to recommend the best combination to suit their needs.

    However, this also depends on photographers' availability, and if they have been booked previously by another couple. We only schedule photographers 1 month before the wedding, to avoid disappointment & any changes. If the requested photographers are unavailable due to a clash in schedules, falling ill, or family emergencies, we will choose the best photographer to replace her/him. It goes without saying that all our photographers are experienced, professionally trained and produce the same standard of work!

    Colossal Productions makes no guarantee that the requested photographers will be assigned to your wedding.

  • Great question! We will do our best to schedule the preferred photographer for your date, however should they be unavailable due to a clash in schedules, falling ill, or family emergencies, we will choose the best photographer to replace her/him. That’s why we love having a big team, we’ve never had an issue of manpower for our weddings, yet! crosses fingers

  • We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, cheque or PayNow. We, unfortunately, do not accept credit cards or nets, yet!

Post Production

  • We spend most of the time on weekdays editing all your wedding photographs. Our guarantee is that you will always receive your photographs 4-8 weeks after your wedding, and so far we have not missed that deadline since the day we started Colossal crosses fingers. It does get a little backed up during the wedding season, however we do have a team of full time editors working on the images daily.

  • You may consider opting for Same or Next Day Highlights (50 Images) to your package, to have quick access to some of the best photographs from your wedding before the entire album is ready.

  • No. Our selection process is a thorough and multi-step process, which involves the photographers first selecting their best images, followed by the editors selecting only the finest images for you. Rest assured we put your needs as a priority, and only delete images that are not up to our standards. All images from the day's events are kept and returned to you.

    However if you would like to view all unfiltered RAW images, you may top up an additional $1000, and once you have selected your additional, we will edit them and upload the images to your gallery.

  • The quantity of photos promised is contractual guideline for both you and us to have shared expectations. We will shoot everything that happens during the number of hours, and will not delete images that are important to you. All of the time, we will deliver more than promised, and will provide all the images as best as we can.

    Our priority will always be capturing moments and providing the highest quality photographs possible for you.
